If you write any Member they will be sent an email notification that you have reached out to them. They will not be able to read it until they login and Subscribe if they are not already a Subscriber but they will be able to find your Profile on SGS and read it.

If you are not a Subscriber you will not be able to reply to others. You can only do that if you are a Subscriber and they can only read it if they are as well.
