Paul and Dorothy met in early December 2007 on SGS and quickly discovered the kind providence of our loving Heavenly Father. He lived in GA; she in FL, but both were traveling to Saint Louis, MO to celebrate Christmas with families. Turned out he had been a member of her folks' church, so they had common friends and doctrinal convictions. Introductions, long discussions and family blessings came next as required, for he'd been divorced. Their first date was Christmas Eve. He proposed New Year's Eve on Lookout Mountain, Chattanooga, TN. She accepted and they were married in a beautiful ceremony the following July in Saint Louis. He was 58: she 47.
