  • Tell us about your family. How do you feel about relocating?:
I'm #4 in a family of 8 kids. We were all home-educated and have a very tight knit family. I love where I live, but I'm open to moving!
  • How old were you when you were drawn to Christ and how is your Christian walk these days?:
I was 3 or 4 when I started to understand the concept of sin and my need for a Savior. I prayed for Christ to come into my life and believe that was when He started the work of sanctification in my heart. I don't think I really understood what it meant to live for Christ until my early teens, but I started to learn what it meant to flee from temptation and cling to Christ. I am still a sinner, but I have a great Savior.
  • How have the Doctrines of Grace changed or affected your life?:
There is nothing I have done or could ever do to earn the love of God. He has freely bestowed His love and forgiveness upon me through the work of Jesus Christ on the cross, and He has known me since before the foundations of the earth. I don't know why or how He chose me to be His child when He could have left me as dry bones, but He has breathed life into me and nothing can separate me from Him. Jude 1b "To those who are called, sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ." Romans 8:29-30 "For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified."
  • Do you have a "Quiet Time?" What are you studying?:
I try to have a quite time every day, though sometimes it consists of listening to my audio Bible as I drive to work. I'm studying Matthew currently.
  • Who is your favorite Biblical Character and why?:
I love the Bible as a whole and love the account it paints from beginning to end. Each person has a role to play in God's grand scheme of salvation. I love reading about Job, especially Job 38-41 when God speaks to Job out of the whirlwind. I also greatly appreciate the account of the blind man in John 9, born blind "that the works of God might be revealed in him."
  • Are you content being single? Why? If not, why?:
Yes, I am content in the sense that no man is going to complete me, for I am complete in my Savior. No, I believe God has given me a desire for marriage and I am excited to see who He would have me marry!
  • What are four qualities your friends would attribute to you?:
    Genuine, funny, thoughtful and diligent.
  • What are three things you are most thankful for?:
His salvation, my family, and my sense of humor.
  • Describe the character and personality traits you enjoy in another person? What are yours?:
God-fearing, honesty, hard working, funny, goofy, family-oriented and caring. I'd like to think I am all of the above, but I also know that I'm not perfect.
  • Other than your parents, who has been the most influential person in your life and how?:
Probably my siblings (in-laws included!). We have all been best friends forever and they continue to give me sound advice and encouragement when I need it, even if it might be something I don't want to hear.
  • Favorite lines from movies, poems, songs, hymns or Scripture you would like to tell us about?:
He's Always Been Faithful - Sara Groves: The Love of God is Greater Far - Frederick Lehman: In Christ Alone - Getty: The Gospel Song - Sovereign Grace Music: "Marriage is a duel to the death that no man of honor should decline." - G.K. Chesterton
  • What type of work do/did you do?:
    Ask me!
  • How long have you been/were you in that line of work? Do/you enjoy it?:

  • Where were you born and where have you traveled?:
I am a born and raised Cali girl! I have been to most of the states in the US and went to Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland in 2019. I love traveling and going on adventures! Even if they are just local adventures!
  • About Me:
I've loved growing up in large family, and I would love to have as many children and God would chose to allow. I believe friendship is a fantastic foundation for any relationship. I was homeschooled and would like to homeschool my family someday! If there's anything else you want to know, you can ask!
