Best First Date During Covid?
-
During Covid, I’d imagine the best first date would be outdoors without masks on so you could understand what each other are saying while still maintaining suitable distance (if your local legislation requires that, of course)…when people are watching (haha).
Well, if you’re wanting to get to know one another, that is.
And if you’re doing that, some folks like coffee and just talking, where as others like doing an activity together (like going to an escape room, a hike/walk, visiting an aquarium, etc.). I imagine that’s it’s important to talk enough to have an idea what someone *wants* to do before going and doing it with them.
If you don’t want to get to know one another…uh…why are you on a date?

I’m not sure about what other areas have to offer. In my area, there’s plenty of places to hike, zoos within an hour drive, the library. Some restaurants are open for dine in. Our church is still meeting in person, so meeting at church is a great place to start.
Hopefully things will return to semi-normal soon. But even if they don’t, live life to the fullest for Christ. 🙂

Definitely being outside–on a walk, hike, visiting a park, etc. Also coffee or lunch, as you’re able to take off your mask while you’re eating.
